Building and cutting the frames were done in the winter months. This allowed for the frames to be carefully cut, and glued together. The frame joints are glued together using PL-Premium adhesive. this glue has been one of the best glues we have used for gluing wood together. On a stress test we preformed, the wood failed before the glue failed.
